Tough Love

Fabien Prioville rehearses a new piece, “Le Dernier Verre” with Juilliard’s 2nd year class. Prioville, a French choreographer and dancer, has danced with the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch (1999 to 2006) and has choreographed works for the Tanzhaus Dusseldorf. Since 2006, he has worked freelance as a choreographer and performer. This piece will be premiered by Juilliard Dance in this year’s New Dances/Edition 2009 on Wednesday, December 9, Thursday, December 10, Friday, December 11, and Saturday, December 12, all at 8 PM, with a matinee performance on Sunday, December 13 at 3 PM in Juilliard’s Peter Jay Sharp Theater.
